A Permanent Solution.
Not Another Temporary Fix.
The only tooth replacement that restores root strength, preserves the jaw, and lasts a lifetime.
You already know something needs to change.
Maybe it started with one tooth. Then another. And somewhere along the way, the gap became something you just learned to live around.
You adjust how you chew. You angle your smile in photos. You avoid certain foods, certain conversations, certain situations where your teeth might draw attention.
This is what missing teeth actually cost — not just in money, but in how you move through the world every single day.
A dental implant is the only tooth replacement that addresses the root cause. Not a bridge that relies on adjacent teeth. Not a denture that sits over the gum. A titanium root placed directly into the bone — restored with a ceramic crown that looks, feels, and functions exactly like the tooth that was there before
If you've been putting this off, this page will give you everything you need to stop.

What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a three-part system that replaces a missing tooth from the root up.
Unlike a bridge — which files down the teeth on either side to support a fake tooth in the middle — or a denture, which sits over the gum and moves, an implant integrates directly with your jawbone. It becomes part of you.
Once placed and healed, it is restored with a ceramic crown custom-designed to match your existing teeth in colour, size, and shape. The result is indistinguishable from a natural tooth — to anyone looking, and to you.
A small titanium fixture placed into the jawbone where the root of the missing tooth once sat. Titanium is biocompatible — your bone accepts and fuses to it over a period of months. This is the foundation. Everything else builds on it.
A precision connector that attaches to the top of the implant post once osseointegration (bone fusion) is complete. It creates the connection point for the final crown.
A custom-fabricated ceramic restoration designed to match your natural teeth exactly. Colour, shape, size, and translucency are all matched to what's around it. This is what everyone sees.
Why an Implant Is the Last Decision You'll Make.
There are three ways to replace a missing tooth. Only one of them treats the root cause.
Bridges and dentures are legitimate solutions in the right circumstances. But if you are choosing between them and an implant on the basis of cost alone, it is worth understanding what that decision costs you over a ten-year period — in replacements, in adjacent tooth damage, and in bone loss that only gets harder to address with time. We will walk you through all of this at your consultation without pressure.
Dental implants are right for you if…
Single Missing Tooth
Whether lost to decay, fracture, or an extraction years ago. A single implant with a ceramic crown is the most predictable, long-lasting replacement available.
Multiple Missing Teeth
Two, three, or more missing teeth can each be replaced individually — or a smaller number of implants can support a bridge across the gap. We plan the most efficient solution for your anatomy.
Failed Previous Dental Work
Crown that fractured. Bridge that failed. Root canal tooth that became infected. Implants are frequently the next step after restorations that have reached the end of their useful life.
Told You Don't Have Enough Bone
This is one of the most common reasons patients arrive believing implants aren't possible for them. In most cases, bone grafting can rebuild the foundation needed. We include grafting in our pricing where required.
Avoiding Dentures
If you've been told a denture is your only option and you're not ready to accept that — come and see us first. Implants can often provide a fixed solution where dentures were assumed to be the only answer.
Replacing an Existing Denture
Patients who have worn full or partial dentures for years can transition to implant-supported fixed restorations. Fixed. No adhesive. No movement. No plastic covering the roof of your mouth.
Exactly What Happens, Step by Step.
No surprises. Every phase is explained before it begins.
Consultation & 3D Bone Scan
Your first appointment costs you nothing. We take a 3D CBCT bone scan and high-resolution photographs of your teeth, bite, and face. We review your dental and medical history in full. From this data, we build a complete digital picture of your jaw anatomy — bone density, bone volume, nerve positions, sinus proximity. Everything needed to plan your implant placement with absolute precision. You leave this appointment with a clear written treatment plan and a fixed all-inclusive price. No vague estimates. No surprises later.
Implant Planning & Surgical Guide
Before any surgery is scheduled, your implant position is planned digitally. We use guided implant surgery protocols — meaning a custom surgical guide is designed that dictates exactly where the implant is placed to the millimetre. This removes the human error element from placement and ensures the final crown sits in precisely the position designed for your bite, your bone, and your aesthetic outcome. If bone grafting is required, it is planned and priced into your treatment at this stage. There are no additional surgical fees later.
Implant Placement
The surgical appointment. Performed under local anaesthetic, oral sedation, or IV twilight sedation depending on your preference and the complexity of the case. The titanium implant post is placed into the jaw through a precise, minimally invasive procedure. Where bone grafting is required, it is completed at the same appointment. Most patients are surprised at how straightforward the experience is. Discomfort is well-managed with medication provided at no extra cost. Most people return to light normal activity within 2–3 days.
Duration: 45–90 minutes per implant.
Sedation: Optional. IV sedation available in-house for anxious patients.
Osseointegration — The Healing Phase
This is where the biology happens. Over the following 8–16 weeks, your bone grows into and around the titanium surface of the implant in a process called osseointegration. This is not negotiable — and anyone who tells you otherwise is cutting a corner. The implant must fully integrate before it can bear the load of a crown. This phase is what makes the difference between an implant that lasts decades and one that fails within years. During this period you are not without teeth. A temporary restoration keeps the space protected and aesthetic.
Healing Check and Digital Scans
Once osseointegration is confirmed, the abutment is connected to the implant post. A detailed digital scan of your mouth is taken to design your final ceramic crown. Colour, shape, size, and translucency are all matched precisely to your surrounding teeth. The crown is fabricated by a specialist dental laboratory — not a bulk-order process.
Final Crown Placement
You return for a final appointment in which the ceramic implant crown is attached to the titanium implant. Once it is set, you are able to go back to your normal chewing habits within a few days.
Will it hurt?
Every implant case is performed with complete comfort as the baseline — not an afterthought.
No Hidden Fees.Ever.

What it does not include:
Superannuation Access
If your missing or failing teeth are causing chronic pain, infection, or significantly impacting your ability to eat, you may qualify for early release of superannuation on compassionate medical grounds.
We guide you through this process at no cost. Many patients fund all or part of their treatment this way.

Staged Treatment
If cost is a consideration, treatment can be structured across phases — for example, completing one or two implants now and returning for additional implants later.
Your bone and bite are never compromised in the interim. A staged plan is designed to be clinically sound at every step, not just at completion.
Real cases. Real patients.

A well-placed implant with proper maintenance can remain functional indefinitely. The implant post itself — the titanium fixture in the bone —has no biological reason to fail once integrated. The ceramic crown on top typically lasts 15–25 years before replacement may be needed, depending on bite forces and care.
We provide a 5-year structural warranty on our ceramic work. Implant integration is guaranteed —any implant that fails during healing is replaced at no cost.
The most common feedback we receive isthat patients were surprised by how little they felt. The placement area is thoroughly numbed before anything begins. During the procedure you feel pressure — not pain.
Post-operatively, most patients manage discomfort with over-the-counter medication and return to normal activity within 2–3 days. We provide all necessary prescriptions as part of the procedure — at no extra cost.
In most cases, no. Bone grafting can rebuild the volume needed to support an implant in sites where bone has been lost through tooth loss, infection, or time.
Your 3D bone scan at the consultation will give us the precise picture of what is and isn't possible for your specific anatomy. Any changes to the cost are disclosed to you at the time of consultation. Once a treatment plan has been signed and agreed, there are no changes or surprises later.
Situations where implants are genuinely not viable are rare. We will always tell you honestly if that is the case.
For a straightforward single implant, the typical timeline is:
Consultation & planning: Week 1
Implant placement: Week 2–4
Osseointegration (healing): 8–12 weeks
Crown placement: 1–2 weeks after integration confirmed
Total: approximately 3–4 months.
In cases requiring bone grafting, the timeline extends to 6–9 months to allow the graft tomature before implant placement. We will give you a precise timeline at your consultation.
In many cases, yes. If you are experiencing chronic dental pain, have teeth that are significantly impacting your ability to eat, or have conditions that are affecting your general or mental health, you may qualify for early compassionate release of superannuation.
We assist patients through this application process at no charge. Many patients partially or fully fund their implant treatment this way.
Yes, it matters significantly. We use Straumann, Neodent, & Southern implants — three of the most clinically researched, globally distributed implant systems in the world.
Budget implant practices often use unbranded orless-documented implant systems to reduce costs. The short-term saving is not worth the long-term risk — particularly for retrievability if anything ever requires adjustment years down the line.
Our pricing reflects the use of premium implant components. It is part of what you are paying for.
